RT8279

RT8279為內置功率開關元件的降壓型轉換器，可在寬輸入電壓範圍內達到5A的的連續電流輸出，並具有良好的負載與電源電壓調節率，電流模式操作提供快速的暫態回應與簡易的迴路穩定架構。RT8279並提供了逐週期形式的限流機制與熱關斷保護功能，操作在關機模式時，轉換器只有25µA的低電流消耗。RT8279只需要少數的外部元件，提供更便利輕巧的應用方案。RT8279採用SOP-8 (裸露焊盤)的封裝規格。
